Business Post Group provides an extensive range of high quality services for time sensitive deliveries, offering excellent delivery performance supported by information systems which are at the forefront of the industry.

The Group intends that:

• Delivery of business parcels should remain the Group’s core activity, growing slightly faster than GDP;
• Delivery businesses in related areas - UK business-to-consumer, cross-border (International), Courier,  UK palletised goods (UK Pallets), and UK business mail (UK Mail) - should be developed at a faster rate alongside the core activity, using the same network where possible;
• Growth should be principally organic, on account of its considerable potential, with acquisitions selectively considered, either to achieve critical mass in a particular activity or to add a complementary service;
• In all its businesses, Business Post should remain a premium rather than a volume player; and
• Franchised sites and self-employed owner-drivers should represent a key element of the Network.
